Fox Crafts is a family-owned business specializing in novelty and personalized printed items. Our products are made to order, and we aim to deliver quality, fun, and unique items for all occasions.

2. Orders & Personalization
Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (e.g., names, dates, designs) are correct at the time of purchase. For this reason we require that you double and triple check every aspect.
Proofs: Where applicable, we may provide digital proofs for approval. Once approved, changes cannot be made and no refund will be given.
Made-to-Order: Most products are custom made and are therefore non-returnable unless a spelling, date or design mistake was made by us.

3. Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and payment processors such as PayFast.
All payments must be made in full before production begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing times vary by product.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

5. Returns & Refunds
Custom Products: No returns or refunds unless an error was made on our part.
Non-Custom Products: Eligible for return within 14 days of receipt in unused condition, only if a mistake was made by us. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Your privacy is important to us. Fox Crafts will not give out any information and will abide by the POPI act. Fox Crafts is however not liable for any third party.
