Order Processing
Most of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your item ships. Some custom or bulk orders may take longer, and any extended processing times will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Domestic Shipping: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping: Delivery may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use Courier Guy or Pudo for delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Fox Crafts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We strongly suggest to add insurance to your package. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable) as well as proof of insurance added. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
